HIIT Quarters

Is This You?

I want to go to the gym more often, but with work, the kids, and the family, it’s impossible to make the class times.

Unless I sign up weeks in advance, classes fill quickly and I can’t ever get in.

I find it difficult to set aside even 60 or 90 minutes for myself to unplug and actually workout.

I’ve been going to the same fitness studio for awhile now and I feel like I need to switch it up. The studio always has the same three or four classes and I feel like my progress has come to a screeching halt. What should I do?

Sound familiar? I hear it all the time. In fact, I’ve experienced it myself and it drives me crazy thinking about it now. Investing my hard earned money in a fitness membership I can’t use when my schedule allows? How does that make any sense? No matter how you spin it, it didn’t make sense then and it still doesn’t now.

But, what’s the alternative? Joining a box gym and doing the same workout over and over again? Or, and this is my favorite, being forced to wait for equipment while it serves as the centerpiece of someone’s gym selfie? #ThereHasToBeABetterWay
